“This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience to get so close to not one, but several recent volcanoes, to look right down into the craters, and to actually touch down on a recent lava field and walk on it. Even though the most recent eruption was over, every minute looking down on the whole terrain of the area was literally a feast for the eyes, so interesting and other-worldly! Our guide, Laura, was a highly trained pilot and we knew we were in good hands from start to finish. She was knowledgeable and pleasant, and it all made for an amazing experience. I totally recommend this tour!”

“Our Tour left over an hour after it was supposed to go. The only thing we saw for a few craters in the city of Reykjavík. The pictures on the website are deceiving as it would appear you would fly directly over a volcano and had a chance of seeing actual heat or lava, always saw black rocks and some steam. Also, there were several people on our trip who were supposed to be on a summit trip and stopped on the summit, however, due to the trip being started too late we were not able to do this.”
