“We had booked a US side Helicopter tour of Niagra fall on Wednesday 21st September. Money $600 was debited to our account on 19th . Confirmed our trip one day in advance with the tour operator but on the day of tour the guide said there is no helicopter tour on Tuesday & Wednesday. Hence we had to cancel our tour with a heavy heart Now we have been told that our money will be returned soon . We don’t understand if there is no Helicopter tour on Tuesday & Wednesday why did they take the booking & debited the amount . We hope we get back our money.”
